"Home Security is offline on your Telo. Check your..."
I recently installed my Telo. The phone service works great. I am very pleased with that aspect. However, my company also asked me to demo a motion sensor and two leak sensors. At this moment, I am unable to pair sensors with my Telo because the app tells me that Home Security is offline on my Telo and that I should check my internet and power connections. At the same time I am seeing this error I can remotely access my router and can access home security cameras that also use the internet connection at my home remotely. As part of the troubleshooting process, I rebooted the Telo and uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my phone. Are there any additional steps that I can take to ensure that I am able to use the Home Security portion of this service?

the problem looks to be resolved
