Door/window open extended period

I have seen the feature mentioned in Ooma materials, that sensors would alert users if a door or window had been left open for an extended period of time. I left my house the other day and left one of my doors wide open. It was open for hours while I wasn't there. You can see the log of events in Ooma's log. But I never got a notification that it had been left open. Is this feature active?

Bump -- anyone successfully seen this working?

It will be suppressed if there's a mode change during that time. Once the siren is released however there will be a 'left open' push notification during the arming sequence.
