Installed water sensor everything disconnected

I was happy with the new Ooma security system for a couple of days until today. I installed my new water sensor and now the whole system is bricked. All my other sensors disconnected as soon as I tested the sensor with water, it worked and then the app went to crap and all my door/motion sensors disconnected at the same time and remain this way. I can't unpair delete the water sensor. App shows the water sensor is good even with batteries removed. Rebooted Ooma multiple times no luck. Uninstalled/Installed the home security App multiple times but I can't fully remove the App data and the same devices show up disconnected and the water sensor shows everything is ok.

Should I return all this hardware? I was impressed with the ease of setting this up initially, but now I'm furious this seems likely a very poorly engineered product. I removed my working older security system to install this and now I have NO home security until Monday because there is no tech support after hours.
