Last week all my sensors began reporting on the phone app that the sensor condition is Unknown. I was traveling so I called support and after some discussion, they remotely reset my system. I observed no change and the app still reported that all sensor conditions are Unknown. The app allows me to change from Home to Away with error but no change to the sensor condition. Something always seems to happen when I travel that shows the system Off Line or some other error. It appears that I cannot trust this system.

Upon returning home I did a hard reset to the Telo. This did not change the sensor status. I then took the batteries out of one of the sensors and let it rejoin. Still not change. Does anyone have a recommendation?

I am going to call support one more time today and if they can't solve the problem I'm going to cancel the home security plan and go to another vendor.
