Customer Service? NOT GREAT

I recently purchased a home Security System, including the Butterflye camera. First off, the camera would not take a charge - after several attempts to contact customer service (apparently the Butterflye specialists aren't available on weekends....), and what seemed like 200 questions, they agreed to send a replacement. When I received the repacement, it was a USED camera!. Yes, that's right - a USED camera. ugggh. Well, I decided to try it anyway. - Horrible. The lag time from recognized movement was terrible (sometimes as long as 3-5 MINUTES). Imagine someone breaking into your home, and you don't get a notification for 5 minutes?!!! They would be Long Gone before you could do anything. When i wrote to Oooma about it, the specialist said that it "should" notify you faster than that.... , right. I didn't even bother to set up the rest of the system. I did request to send ALL of the items back - it has not taken 4 TIMES to get the right label and customs paperwork from them (still do not have it right as of this posting) - i am really concerned that even if they do get the paperwork right, my Refund may be yet another monumental task. I'd suggest you really consider whether this system is right for you - there are So many options out there that may be a better choice. (Too bad, I used to brag about Ooma). Will let you know if I ever get the right shipping paperwork. :x
