Geofencing has also worked perfectly for the past month since I first installed Home Security. I hope it will continue to do so.

My Ooma home security system was practically flawless the first few months or so. Then I started getting sensor disconnections CONSTANTLY, which would then reconnect within a minute or so of disconnecting, so the constant system notifications were just becoming annoyances.
NOW my issue is geofencing. As I said, no issues at all first few months. Now, for no apparent reason, the system doesn't notice when my phone leaves the geofencing radius, and so the system doesn't go into "away" mode. My phone is an LG V30, android. The system ALWAYS sees my wife's iPhone when it leaves the geofencing perimeter.
Done email back-and-forth with tech support but so far none of their advice has helped. Issue is ongoing.
