I want to use the home security app to monitor the status of my garage doors. Based on OOMA's website info, it appears that I don't need to purchase their secure plan in order to do that as long as I can live with only push notifications, but I also wanted to ask about Premier vs. Basic phone plan as well. Will the garage monitoring still work if I only have the Basic phone plan and not the Premier phone plan? Thanks.
