We have 2 iPhones and I have NO problems with my iPhone 11 but my wife's iPhone X is CONSTANTLY dropping the geofencing settings! We always keep our software updated. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and, despite setting location services on ALWAYS for Smart Security, it changes it to "while using" and removes it from the enabled devices.

Any help would be appreciated!

I know nothing about iPhones but it sounds like a power saving feature is enabled.

Thank you for your suggestion and you really got my hopes up but our power saving (battery) settings are the same.
