Old number after porting

So Ooma was finally able to get my number ported but after a while i lost all push notification and when my system calls me it originates from my old Ooma Number originally used to setup.

I did log out and logged in with my ported number but same issues.

Was your ported number made the primary number?
If not, ask them to switch the numbers.
Do you have Premier?
Are you in a Premier trial period?
If you are in a Premier trial period and do not plan to subscribe to premier get that number switched ASAP because when the Premier trial expires the second number will be deleted.

Yes my ported number is 5he primary and i do have premier. Payed for all services at start :cool: no trial as far as i k ow.
