App freezes and hangs after 24 hours

About ~4 weeks ago I began noticing the app was slow to change modes, display the event log, etc. After reinstall it works perfectly for 24 hours and then begins to "hang and freeze", eventually becoming unusable after ~48 hours or so.
Tech support is aware of the issue but is not able to offer any assistance. Reinstalling every two days is not a viable solution. [app runs on pixel phone w/latest Android/updates form Google] Anyone else noticing peculiar behavior with app lately? [I assume it is the result of the last app update - I am running v1.25.4 [1100357] I really like this app & the devices but must have a reliable system.

I think I may be observing related problems.
All started about 4 weeks ago.
App version is the same (Ooma 1.25.4 (1100357)), device is android/samsung
Startup now takes minutes, not seconds. Once running access to log etc seems normal but do anything to cause it to reload/restart and the minutes kick in again. I'll try to keep it running for 24 hours and see what happens

Same here.

This time I decided to delete the app and reinstall - but it's not on the Play store!

I'm on a Samsung Note 10+

Did you search for Ooma Home Phone?
My Samsung S20 finds it.

Home Phone was a different app (afaik). It's bundled all together now?

So it turns out that the Home Security App (not the Telo app) hasn't been on the Play store since yesterday. Apparently they're looking into it (I spoke to a support agent).

No matter how buggy the app is acting - don't delete it or you'll be without control of your system.

The agent told me that he would get back to me today... Guess I'm SOL.

Don't delete it folks.
