Ooma loses connection to Smart Security 4x/hour?

I'm receiving notifications that my Telo has lost communication with the home security service, then reconnected. This is happening, back and forth, about four times per hour.

The Ooma itself appears to stay online - I can make and receive calls during the period in which it's supposedly lost communication.

I've tried it on multiple switches, and directly via wired backhaul to a mesh device. Every component of the network has been rebooted.

Has anyone experienced and solved this? If so, how?
