I ordered a Telo unit in order to use new home security sensors. I was told this had to be purchased before the sensors (I was using an older Telo). I then ordered 4 sensors. When they arrived, I attempted to sign up for the 'Monitor' plan, advertised on the website. However, after approximately 6 calls, that plan is not available, they can only sign up for a paid plan. It's still advertised, but no one was able to actually sign anyone up for this plan. It's crazy to me, because the basic 'Monitor' plan says you can use unlimited sensors. But when I tried to cancel the trial, I couldn't add any until I paid.

Was an Ooma customer (phone service) for about 10 years. I'm surprised nobody cared, and I couldn't get someone on the phone other than the overseas basic support folks.

Just a rant!
