NEW IOS APP missing "System Preferences" from the More Menu

The new ISO app version 1.30 is missing the "System Preferences" option from the "more" menu. These preferences are essential to setting up modes. They allow you to customize the exit delay, Grace period for alerts and Siren silence options. I have sent a support request weeks ago and have yet to hear back. Total joke. IOS version 1.29(1005) does not have this issue. I have tested with all of my devices, and it is definitely a programming issue with the new version. Now if they removed these parameters deliberately, I will be cancelling my service as these are essential. I have over 20 window/door sensors, 4 sirens, Motion sensors.

Our apologies for this. Yes researching another issue discovered this myself and entered a bug. A fix should be available shortly. It was introduced in removing camera support.

YOU MUST UNISTALL AND REINSTALL FOR THE FIX TO WORK.

The fix is in iOS app v1.30.2 (1066). No need for uninstall.
