This is a basic function of most home security systems. While in home mode the default is usually to have no grace period before the alarm activates. This is to ensure that you are notified immediately when sleeping if something occurs. Currently you can only set the grace period globally for all modes. Obviously you would want to have some sort of grace period when in away mode so you have time to disarm the system after entering your home. The lowest grace period other than 0 currently available is 15 secs which is sometimes not enough time to disable the alarm via the keypads. I have 2 keypads that I use for this one at the front door and one at the back.

I am a user as well. A side question: You said you have 2 keypads for your system. Currently I only have one keypad. If I buy another one, is there anything I need to do to enable the system to support 2 keypads? Thanks
