long delay/lag

Post by Gonemad » Mon Jan 23, 2017 5:30 am

After much problems, testing, and new equipment, I now have great call quality except for a big delay/lag. To the point where I actually have to wait at least 2-3 seconds after I speak to hear the other end. I have been on chat support and called in once asking if they could please connect me to the East coast server. They have confirmed I am on the West, but always say they have done this or done that and it should be better. Well, it's not. Why is Support so reluctant to make this switch? It's the only thing they haven't tried.
Tom B, can you help with this issue?

Hi Tom,

I saw that you were able to change some customers over to the newer East
Coast Server. I've been experiencing problems of delay for over a year now
(and just put up with it), but lately I've been experiencing calls
disconnecting right in the middle of me talking to someone. I've never
experienced this problem before. Could you see what server I'm on and if
it makes sense to, could you switch me to the East Coast Server, as I'm
located in Connecticut. If you need any additional information from me,
please let me know. Thank you so much!
