Poor Audio quality after firmware downgrade for bluetooth

Post by kingbeowulf » Mon Mar 06, 2017 3:02 pm

The Telo2 had good call quality and minimal latency until downgraded to Version: 156393 to fix the USB bluetooth detection issue. Now the audio quality has quite a bit of static and there is a delay or around 0.5-1s or so. This is with local calls - not long distance. Is there anything in particular I should check?

I've tried rebooting the Telo to no effect. Comcast service is 100/6 Mbps down/up, with Cat5 to a Netgear WNDR3700 wifi/gigabit router and then a new Netgear CM600 cable modem.

I'd rather have the best audio quality and not appear to be living on the Moon (!) and wait for the BT fix to propagate. BT is a convenience "want" not a "must have" at this point.

Thanks
Ed
