general CQ problem
Rather than call support, I emailed them (support@ooma.com). I included the indicated stat report (thank you). (In the past I haven't had much success dealing with Ooma telephone support persons.) I haven't received a reply or acknowledgment to the email, but it appears they worked on the problem some. The CQ may be a little better (haven't heard any echoes, or impact sounds, during the past few days) but I still have substantial dropouts, and frequently have to repeat numbers relayed in voice calls. I'll send a follow up email to support.
