Hi Tom,
I have seen several improvements since the move to the new server, all my calls MoS rating are over 4.20 which I did not see before, my scores were always in the range of 3+. one thing I did notice is that I am no longer getting email notifications after voicemails are left but I do get the texts as selected. Thanks for your help.

I'm in Connecticut, could I please be moved to the NY server? The only issue I've had with Ooma is the delay, which is significant enough at times to make conversations difficult.

I am in western Canada and am experiencing audio delay. I seem to be talking over the people I'm speaking with and finding myself having to repeat constantly. Need help in rectifying this delay.
