I recently purchased an Ooma after having bought one for my mother last year which has largely been a positive experience only after she was moved to the east coast server.
We live in the same city in eastern Canada and notice the default server can have long connection and bad latency issues. Could I be moved to the east coast server as well please?

Many thanks in advance!
Boris

I suffer from dropped calls. 2 minutes into a call it always drops.

Please switch me to the east coast server.

As posted above, my fears have been confirmed. I have 3-4 second delay. I know this because when i'm in a video conference i see mouths moving out of sync with the audio and my responses are delayed. I did not have this with my previous provider.

Please put me on the east coast server.

Many Thanks!

If I'm not on the east coast servers, would you let me know and change it? I've had problems ever since the scout & hut, now the Telo's, with delays on calls. Sometimes bad, but most of the time just annoying as we talk over each other because of the delay. I'm seeing an average latency of 40-65ms to some various speed test servers in NY and WDC areas. Using the same test servers out to Palo Alto & LA much higher, with the average in the 180-320ms. Thanks

Please move me too to East Coast server. I also have an additional business line (904) 748-2739 that needs to be moved too. Thanks!

Hi, been with Ooma since the beginning and had the pleasure to meet and chat with the CEO.

My experience with Ooma has been excellent overall especially considering the cost. Not flawless but then again errors exist almost everywhere.

Please kindly do what you can do from your end to put me on the east coast server if it is better!

Thanks Ooma, you rock!

*Edit - My service is actually fine so if it's any trouble you can disregard moving me. Thanks again for a great product!

From the manual lights 1 and 2 being on mean:

The Ooma Hub is unable to register to the Ooma network. Check your local Internet connection to see if it is working and that you can successfully browse to http:www.ooma.com.
