I too am having issues with callers on the other end having hard time hearing and calls dropping in and out. if you could switch me over to a more appropriate server i'd appreciate it. The level 2 guys on the phone said they reduced my packet loss on the ooma device, and had me turn my ooma device on and off for 10 minutes. what are your thoughts on that Tom B. Thank you!

I have many calls where the person on the other end of the line can not hear me intermittently for 10-20 seconds but I hear them totally fine. I also have calls randomly going to VM without ringing. I live in Florida. Would you please look into this and move me to the East coast server if you think that will resolve my problems.

I've got the same issue...skipping of words or syllables, mostly on the recipient's end of my call, rather than on my end. Also, sometimes there are unacceptable clicking noises.
This is frustrating and keeping me from upgrading to Premier, and recommending the service.

I, too, am experiencing some recent quality issues. I am in SC. Perhaps switching to the East Coast server would be helpful. Thanks...

I'm a fairly new customer but have noticed a persistent lag during calls to where I end up talking over people and vice versa. I've run speed tests and VOIP tests and am the green so I'm not certain why I would be experiencing these issues. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm in the SW U.S., and multiple calls to Ooma Tech. Support have not addressed or fixed the problem. Like others, the receiving end hears skipped words and both of us hear ticking noises. I'm really frustrated with this service, and would not upgrade to Premier, or recommend Ooma because of this.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
