It sounds like this thread discusses the problem that I have where the quality of calls drops after about a 30 minutes. Could you please list the steps I should take clearly spelled out?

Contact Ooma customer Support and see if they will "push" advanced firmware version 50832 or later
for you as has been done for others, see topic
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=12690 .
Be sure to tell Ooma Customer Service that you are having the Robotic Voice issue. Also you must talk to Customer Service, Customer Support (2nd Level) for this to happen.

Where or How do I DownLoad Firmware 50832 for Robotic Fix? Am unable to find ANY kind of Firmware or DownLoads Period.

They worked on my problems and put me on 49977 and it is rock solid. No robot voice, no echo, no numbers that won't dial. I have been good for over a month now.
