Seems like a lot to ask a user. Think I will consider taking back. checked at store, and they will take it back after almost 50 days.

so short time fuse here.
Did you try another modem?

If you have tried all of other suggestions, try temporarily using only another speaker phone connected to the Ooma Telo phone port, with your original speaker phone set disconnected and unpowered. If you don't have another Speaker phone, borrow one from a friend or relative. Your Original speaker phone must be disconnected from the Ooma Telo and the speaker phone base must be unpowered for this test.

I'd like to upvote OOMA providing a handset with better quality speaker and microphone. They seem to work ok for higher frequency (women's) voices, but for those of us who tend toward the bass end, the sound quality is like The Peanuts Charlie Brown listening to adults - Wah-wah-wah?

While you're at some redesign, add some texture or rubberized plastic to the handset case. Its so slick it slips off shoulders, laps, etc.
