Caller in UK was unable to call my Ooma number

Caller in UK was unable to call my Ooma number

A caller in London tried multiple times to call me on my newly ported Ooma number. It gave them a number unavailable type message.

Why would inbound calls from England not work?

We had to use Skype.

I hope this is an insolated incident as I'm porting my number and will get many calls from overseas.
