For what it's worth. I had the clicking sound and it was awful but mine is stopped for several days now. Nope, I didn't ask and I don't think Tom changed a thing for me but it is all quiet with the annoying clicking.

My clicking noise was gone but now it is back. I'll try a reset and reboot.

Your account has G.711 enabled. Do you still want that?
See my post on 12/19. I applied the same config change. Let me know if the clicking is gone. Try a few calls.

Thanks Tom. We'll make some calls today and report back on any issues.

We'd like to have our account set up the way it's supposed to be set up. :)

You mean you'd prefer a default setup? That would mean disabling G.711.

Correct. We'd like to have it set up to the correct codec and use that going forward. Thanks for your assistance Tom!

For what it's worth, I called CS and explained all of this to them last week. They didn't have a clue to what I was talking about and said that everything on the account was set up the way it was supposed to be.

G.711 now disabled on the accounts that had it enabled (6C and 04).
