You or the person you're talking to?

Sorry, I should have been clear. When calling my home which has ooma, I get a clicking/popping noise. It doesn't matter if I call from a land line or a mobile phone. Everyone else that calls tells me the same thing. Though in my house, when I'm on the Ooma, I don't hear that sound at all.

Ok, upgraded your unit. The remote hearing clicks is fixed in release 77309 and up. See viewtopic.php?f=10&t=16792

Tom B, I too hear clicking noise during calls. Could you please take a look at my unit? Thank you.

joined the forum for what i assume is also my issue. Everything on my end sounds good, but the other party hears my voice go in and out like a call waiting click.
I've called into the service number about it, and they replaced my device after I took off WiFi and replaced my phone set. I have the newest model and it still happens. What can I do to fix it?

Tom - not sure of the process to get this fixed, but my callees complain of a bothersome clicking sound as well. Is it just a firmware update? Is it something I can do or do you need to do it?

Thank you!
