Can you try deleting all of the stored passwords and cookies in your browser, and then close all instances of the browser to ensure the settings have been made?

Just guessing, but this has been a problem for some in the past. The system only uses the first 10 characters of your password. If you go longer than that, it looks like it is saving them, but doesn't. Then, when you log back in with your additional characters, it fails. Try using a password of 10 characters or less and I think you'll be OK.

Let us know if this solves your problem. And welcome to the ooma forums!

No offense intended if you already know this, but do you realize that you use your telephone number and a different password for accessing the lounge than you use with the forum?

Wow, that's an annoying login bug - I'll file one so we can get this fixed.
