Dropped call with Call Waiting

Dropped call with Call Waiting

I am currently using a landline with Ooma until my number is ported. When I am on a call and another call comes in on Call Waiting, then the call I'm on gets dropped and the other call can't be answered either.

Other users in another post had the same problem when using a landline...according to them you must call ooma tech support

"..need to have current phone co. turn on "Call Forwarding Busy" and then ooma provided me with a phone number to give to my phone co. for the calls to be forwarded to..."
