Horrible echo

I'm using Ooma to replace my second line (Vonage) with hopes to finally replace my primary number with it. My primary number is a POTS provided landline. Calls to or from one or the other have incredible echo.

My echo has a 3 or 4 bounce count.

EDIT: My echo seems to have been "in-house" induced with none to other numbers.
