Re: XC Latency Question
Thanks. Do I need to unplug the Ooma Telo for that to take effect?
Edit: not sure if I needed to or not, but I unplugged my Telo and plugged it back in and made a test call and my XC latency is now 80.

Re: XC Latency Question

Re: XC Latency Question
Hello,
I'm a fairly new subscriber to ooma services but my wife is complaining about sound quality and lag issues to the point she wants to abandon using ooma. Can someone check what server I am on. I live 1 hour east of Toronto.

Re: XC Latency Question
I am also experiencing call quality and latency issues. If possible, can I be moved to the East Coast server.
