Tom, can I also be moved to the East Coast Server?

XC Latency is about 140 for me and hoping it can improve with the switch being in NY. Thanks in advance.

Update: Thanks Tom! I made two calls (one domestic and one Int'l) and both show an XC Latency cut in half at just 59 now. Will see how this improves call quality.

Update 1/28/17: While XC Latency went down in half, call quality remains the same with moments of garbled.

I have extreme latency problems and for the first time, I ran across this issue of which server you are using. I am in North Carolina. Am I on the east coast server? If not, can you put me on it?
