Hi Tom B,

Atlanta, GA here. I was just wondering if you would mind checking on which server I am on and switching me to the east coast server if I am not on it already. My XC Latency shows between 99-139.

I contacted customer support already, but am not 100% confident that they knew what I was talking about. Your help is much appreciated! :D

I am also experiencing echos and delays and I was wondering if Tom you could check to see if I'm on the East Coast Server. Thanks.

Tom, would you please move me to the East coast server? I'm based out of upstate NY and regularly see high XC times (and have garbled/"Chirping" sound quality issues)...

Hi Tom, can you please move me to the East Coast server? I'm in Toronto.
There seems to be a half second delay betweeen speaking and the other person hearing. Thanks.
