Hey Ooma forum members,
I just installed OOMA and have been disappointed with the call quality. In perusing the forums, I've seen a few people ask what server they are on and they have been moved to a nearer geographical server which has seemed to have helped.
Can a mod check my server as I live on the East Coast? This may be the easiest place to start.
P.S. i am on a fios 75/75 service at home. TIA

Tom,
Could you please check to see if I'm on the East Coast Server? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm curious about these servers. Are there now two servers (East Coast and West Coast)? When a new customer subscribes to Ooma, how is it determined which server the customer will be assigned to? What about someone in the middle of the country (like me!)?
Thanks in advance for your answers!

viewtopic.php?f=5&t=20384 Probably next week we'll redeploy the fix for this. Then sometime after that telo East of the Mississippi will gradually be moved to the EC server farm.
