Poor call quality after getting a call on 2nd line.
I am very very happy in general with the call quality of my Ooma system. I have found that it has only improved over the years we have been using it.
This said we are having a peculiar problem using the 2nd line. Several time over the last few months my wife has been on a call and the phone has rung with an inbound call. She does not answer the call but after the ringing stops there is significant echo on the line, so much so that she is forced to hang up and start the call again. This is causing a great deal of household frustration and Ooma is failing the all-important wife test.
To add a little more detail, the 2nd line also rings into my primary account phone number so I really only have access to one phone number. Could this be part of my problem?
