Please change my server to the east coast server

I'm experiencing long delays too. Please check that I am on east coast server. (New England)

Tom - I'm in Florida. Sometimes when I receive a call , the caller can't hear me for 10-20 seconds. This doesn't happen every time. Would changing me to the east coast server help this issue? If so, please switch me.

Thanks, Tom. Unfortunately it didn't help the problem of the caller not hearing me. Tonight I had to call back in order to be heard (it doesn't happen when I make the call, only when I receive the call). Any other possible solution to this problem?

Shemp, now Moe and Larry would advise you to call customer service at Ooma for their advice, and if that doesn't help, switch your phone service

Hi Tom,

I'm hoping this forum is still active. I'm in Florida and have had very heavy static over the last 6 months. I'm hoping a switch to the East Coast Server will help. I've tried several phones, plugged directly into the Telo.
