Please change my server to the east coast server

Thanks, but I'm still experiencing a delay: when I speak, there's maybe a couple of seconds before the other person hears it, leading to us talking over each other. Is there anything else that can be done to fix this?

I am in Virginia, and have been experiencing a lot of quality issues and latency. Can I please be moved to the East Coast server?

I'd appreciate it if you can move me to the East Coast Server as well. I've been having a lot of feedback issues and the call quality has not been that great. Thanks for the help!

Thanks, Tom. But my mother has exactly the same router/modem from Comcast and the same Ooma system, and she does not have my problem of delay voice transmission. Any other thoughts on causes/fixes?

I am also having many QoS issues and have done everything to change them. I am in New York state can you please change me to the East coast server.
