Looks like DevEng or Tom haven't posted here since October 2018. Is there another way to get moved to the east coast server other than this thread? Some posts in here suggest that calling tech support is a dead end.

I checked what my Ooma Telo is connecting to and noted the following endpoints in Wireshark: 162.253.220.106 and 162.253.220.134, which both appear to be located near Wichita, Kansas. If that's the case, then Ooma may also now have servers located in central US. I know that I was previously on the west coast servers, so not sure when or why I got moved to the central US servers, and would rather be on the east coast servers.

If Ooma doesn't do something about this soon then I'm canceling and moving to fpl or voip.ms.

Is all of Canada now connected to Kansas server? If not, could you please move me to East Coast server?
