East coast server

Hi I'm from ontario canada and I've had issues as well could I please be moved to the east coast to see if this resolves issues. I've had dropped calls, latency, incomplete connects.

I'm also experiencing some latency during calls. No dropped calls, but definitely some annoying delays.
I'm from eastern Canada too (Quebec) and would like to be switched to the East Coast Server please.

Reposting with my original Ooma forum name instead of as "Karl_in_Chicago" as this one has a current (non-work) email address.

How do I know which server I'm on? My call quality has been terrible for a long time and it never occurred to me it might be due to where my server is. I'm in Chicago. Thanks.
