One more question for you... how do I remove my full name from the Ooma caller ID?

I often call businesses etc. and don't want added to more data mining lists.

Dialing *67 before the call should block caller ID. Caller ID is not sent with your call. The phone company of the number that you are calling looks it up in the database that they use. The only way that I know of is to pay Ooma to send the caller ID that you want to all of the caller ID databases in the country. It appears that some of them do an update very infrequently. IMHO it is a stupid system but that is what got set up when caller ID was introduced.
