I, too, am having problems with voice quality. My wife only calls my sister, who lives in Dover, DE. Would the East Coast Server help me?
Thank you!

I'm from Calgary AB. I was having poor voice quality about a year ago. Voice fading, lagging. But it is getting worst to the point that both side can't hear due to lagging. Please move me to East Coast Server if it would help. Thank you

I live in Toronto. Recently I have issues with call quality. I don't know if I'm on East coast server. If not then I would like to switch to East.

I am having very bad drop outs and garbled sound. My Ooma has become unusable at this point. I've seen all the posting about ECS and WCS. Wouldn't it matter more where your host hops and not necessarily your physical location. I am located in Colorado and I did a tracert on ooma.com (which may not be located where the production servers are), but my hops went to East Cost and hopped around for a while and then ended up in Chicago. So, wondering if I should be on ECS or WCS. Wherever it is, I need to get it working, or I'm going to start shopping for new service.

Hello,
New customer here, I'm on the east coast and we're having call quality problems. Would it be possible to place me on the east coast server?

Thank you!

Hi Tom,
I too have had Ooma for several years and lately I am getting same issue with people saying I am cutting out or breaking up when I talk to them. Sounds fine on my end and I ran the tests and my connection is strong and all green results. Never had this issue in the past. Could you please move me to the East coast server also to see if that will be better.
