If I am not already, can you move me to the east coast server?
I'm in NC.
My calls are dropped all the time.. Other parties and I get disconnected and all we hear is a dial tone shortly after the call starts. This just began happening in 2019 once we got the NEWER Ooma Telo and got rid of our older Telo.
Please help!

My phone has become basically unusable.... again. I have no idea why, it was fine for about 8 months, but now, basically unusable. Located in northern NJ. Please move me if you can

This is a user to user forum with occasional visits by Ooma personnel. It is not support. Call the support number or use Chat for support.

There is a delay when the phone is answered. I'm in NY, so I'm assuming I'm on the East Coast server. If not, I would like to be switched. Thanks.

Support doesn't mention moving us to another server. They just suggested I use the app instead.
