Call quality turned bad recently

Bobncarol, the issue referenced above is telo2 only, but changed your QoS to optimal value.

murphy, disabled g.711 on both your telo1 and telo2 (telo to telo calls are g.722).

Unfortunately that had no effect on the outbound audio problem.
Customer since January 2009
Telo with 2 Handsets, a Linx, and a Safety Phone
Telo2 with 2 Handsets and a Linx

then provide call examples to support to see if the problem follows a certain carrier
