Even with an extreemly fast cable service I am experiencing lags and half duplexing with the very odd dropped call. I am also being startled by random loud single beeps every so often. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

I've been having audio dropouts (5-10 secs) for the past few weeks. Ooma had been solid for years prior. I don't think I'm using the home port so perhaps I'm not associated with the East coast server that seems to have resolved problems for others.

We have had poor quality quite often as well.

This week call quality has been intermittent. This is the 1st time I've had any serious issues. On some calls the other end can hear me fine but there are a lot of dropouts on my end; sometimes it's just unusable There doesn't seem to be any pattern and it's quite annoying. It will sometimes clear up on hanging up and trying again. This occurs even if no other devices are using the internet connection. I have Comcast 200/10 Mbps down/up. I'm in the Northwest USA.
