I've recently been experiencing similar problems

I can hear the person I call but they can't hear me. Please migrate me to the east coast server.

I'm also having call quality issues, including a bad echo of about 5 seconds when I stop talking and others on the line commenting that my audio is cutting out every few seconds.

Run this test.

http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/speed_test/ppspeed.html

I found that my modem had a problem and was losing up to 17 % of my upstream packets. My outbound audio was unintelligible. A new modem solved the problem
.

I ran the test and packet loss is only .6 %

For the last 6 month, my incoming call quality has been the craps. Tried everyting from playing arounf with Qos, router setting , new router, moving the Ooma unit around with no resolve. Outgoing is apparently fine. I'm in Quebec Canada and I'm assuming on the east cost server is not can I be moved and did that resolve the issue for people who got moved to that server?

I had a long conversation with someone on May1, an incoming call. The voice broke up repeatedly, it was barely intelligible. Other calls are now the same. please transfer me to the east coast server, or take whatever steps are necessary to give me some decent call quality.

I have had Ooma Telo for 2 years with no issues until recently. For the last two weeks or so, callers tell me that they can't hear some of my spoken words and it drops off intermittently. I have had ATT Uverse internet with 45mpbs and about 6mbps for upload. Help please!
