I am in DC and having quality issues as well. Severe delay and garbled on the other end. How do you make sure you are using the east coast server as this seems to be the only solution?

GSC, there is no way for the customer to know which server is being used without contacting an Ooma rep. Have you tried calling customer service?

I did call an Ooma rep and was told that they did not have that information. They reset the unit and said if it still had issues in 24 hours to call back from that line and someone might be able to do additional diagnostics.

If the diagnostic check does not help, I suggest sending a PM to Tom, the moderator.

No one seems to be reading these current threads.

Please move me to the EC server if not being used already.

Moderator, could you also please move me to the east coast server? My call quality has gotten increasingly worse.
Thanks

Having call quality issues, people I call can't hear me- breaking up garbled noise to them. Can you see why for me by looking at my settings? Or trying east coast server?

How do we know we’ve been moved to the EC server? My service quality stinks. Garbled calls are normal since I signed up a few months ago. The HD3 phone make it worse. Yesterday our voicemail played back slowly - about 3/4 speed. It was really weird. Tom?

I to have been experiencing problems with call quality...calls keep dropping out and the phone is virtually worthless. Sometimes after 30 seconds or so, I can her the other party again and sometimes the phone simply hangs up.
Right now this phone is a POS! But...there could be an ISP issue...
HELP???

I contacted Tom and another moderator about switching to the EC server and have not heard back. Still not sure what server I am on.
