2 - noisy connections on 2 lines - 100% on both lines with every call

Last 72 hours - 3 days have had
1 - dropped calls inbound and outbound every call - 100%
2 - noisy connections on 2 lines - 100% on both lines with every call

Having the same issues on Spectrum, but I've been dealing with the dropped calls for about a month now. I finally decided to register on the forums to see what can be done about this issue.
