Ooma - cannot receive any calls

Today, anyone calling me is getting either a constant busy signal or my son says he gets a message that sounds like 'error nv25. I have rebooted to no avail as far as receiving calls. I get a dial tone and can call out but no one can call me. The two people I am testing with have numbers ending with '0445' or with '4006' if Tom is reading this. Those calls would be around 8:30 and upward Sunday the 21st.

Exact problem here. My daughter called me at 7:30 am yesterday and got through fine. She called me an hour later and just got a busy signal. It has been the same ever since. I am able to call out, but cannot receive any calls. They tell me that a WI carrier (curior?) is having some problems. Hmmmmm

escalate carrier issues with Ooma support, typically it's a carrier outage of some sort which resolve within 24hrs

Thanks Tom but that is totally useless. TWC always just pretends they've never heard of Ooma or any other Voip system other than their own phone systems. They just kept telling me to plug my phone into the wall and tell them if it worked. Then they say they can't help you because they are not your phone provider and want you to buy their phone pkg. It's all useless out there when it comes to contacting the right person to get the job done. So, I guess it's just a waiting game now.

Yes, my Telo is working just fine again now, good thing to because my cell phone wants to take break. That outage was quite a long one.
