Call Quality

Post by BillA1 » Fri Jun 09, 2017 12:06 pm

I am new to Ooma. We have had it for 6 days now but are having call quality problems. If we are not connected to the East Coast server would it be possible to transfer us so we can see if there is any improvement? Thank you.

My ooma telo was working fine for the last 2 years but over the last couple of months the incoming call quality has turned into garbled, breakup voice. People can hear me but I can't understand them. I have rebooted the wifi router and restarted the ooma several times and still have the same issues. What should I do?

Don't know if this will help, but changing the QoS settings on your router may work. It worked for me. If you decide to do this, post your results.

cdcDavis, moved your 3 units to the East Coast server. On the one using a wireless connection try wired.
