Ooma call quality lagging and disconnecting

Please kindly move our Ooma server to a location where it will hopefully correct the voice quality issues we are experiencing. My wife uses our Ooma phone service to hold conference calls for work and she no longer uses the Ooma phone line because of fear of calls dropping, etc. We are located in the Central U.S. (Kansas City area), not sure if you have a better server location for us or not. Please advise as we will likely be cancelling service if we can resolve the outlined issues.
