Call Quality deteriorated recently

Call Quality deteriorated recently

Phone worked great up until the past few weeks, both incoming and outbound impacted although outbound worse. Have tried connecting Ooma to wired phones in house directly and wireless and don't see any change in quality. Suggestions appreciated- Thanks!

Ask Tom for you to be placed on the East Coast Server. Seems to work for all except for us folks out west. We're SOOL.

Thanks...not sure how I confirm what server I'm on....house is in Delaware.
