Horrible distortion

Horrible distortion

I'm getting really bad distortion on all calls made on Ooma. Just switched over and definitely having second thoughts. I'm going to try another Ooma box, but the quality is so bad if the new box doesn't work, I'll be forced to go back to Comcast. Any suggestions to help fix the quality issue would be helpful. Having severe distortion, break up, drop outs...you name it.

Ask Tom to put you on the famous East Coast Server. Seems to solve everyone's problem(s).
